AnswerLab works with clients at any phase of product development-from concept testing to implementation to ongoing benchmarking and tracking. AnswerLab’s research provides clients with the confidence needed to make important design decisions and offers detailed insights into the thoughts and attitudes of target customers. AnswerLab designs the appropriate methodology for each project, manages the project from start to finish and delivers the “a-ha moments”. Our clients include industry-leaders such as Yahoo!, eBay, PayPal, Wells Fargo, Honda, Harley Davidson, Nissan, Intuit, Cisco, ING Direct, Pizza Hut, and Genentech. Example research methods include online customer experience evaluations (survey & web behavioral analysis), one-on-one website usability sessions (interviews), focus groups and mobile/iPhone studies.
